YP2000F Cylinder Winding Machine is for axial packaging of cylindrical objects, realizing the overall wrapping of objects. Cylinder winding machine is good for storage, transportation and turnover of goods, and has the function of cleaning, windproof and dustproof. Winding Machine Maintenance Methods

Winding machine starts with no movement

Possible problems/possible causes/solutions

1. General power supply is not connected Check the external power supply and resend the power;

2. Control power is not connected Turn on the power with the key switch or close the switch in the power distribution cabinet.

3. Pause button pressed Press it again and let it pop up; 4.

4. Emergency stop button pressed Release the emergency stop button; 5.

5. PLC is damaged and replaced.

6. Power cord with other equipment Re-connect the independent power supply.

 

Turntable does not rotate

1. Inverter burnt, the phenomenon is no display Replace; 2.

2. Inverter parameters are set wrongly, set them again according to the requirements.

3. The turntable chain is broken Adjust the distance between the large and small sprockets, connect the chain, if the chain is damaged, then replace the chain.

4. The turntable motor itself is faulty Use a multimeter or shaking table to detect whether the motor is missing or breakdown, if the scene can not be repaired, then replace the motor; 5.

5. Turntable reducer failure itself Replacement.

6. Knob damage, the chassis does not turn (E-type equipment) Replacement; 7.

7. PLC no output Replacement

8. turntable reducer and sprocket connection is not normal to replace the connection flat key;

The turntable needs to be pushed to start:

1. inverter slow start start time is set too long reset

The turntable does not stop:

2. dial switch is damaged repair the dial switch.

The turntable can not slow start, slow stop:

1. inverter parameters are not set correctly reset;

There is a noise after the turntable turns up:

1. the ground is not flat require the user to organize or replace the placement of the location; 2. the individual wheel is worn out.

2. Individual wheels are badly worn, replace the wheels.

Frequency converter shows overload alarm Voltage is not stable Improve power quality or adjust frequency converter acceleration and deceleration time.

Damage to active rubber rollers and film frame connectors (square rods):

1. Damaged in transportation Replace; 2.

2. man-made damage Replacement.

Membrane frame feeding speed can not be adjusted:

1. DC speed control box is damaged, no output Replace; 2.

2. Individual pallet wheels are badly worn Replace the pallet wheels.
