● Equipped with imported Panasonic brand GH10.4-inch or (German original SIEMENS - TP900) color simulation touch screen. Push-pull design, more convenient operation.
● Can be equipped with imported Panasonic brand MHMD042GIU or (Germany SIEMENS--v80) servo control, coding device according to user's product demand.
● Upper and lower separated molds with high strength, corrosion resistance and more reasonable design. Easy and quick loading and unloading.
● Taiwan TYC or (Italy original REGINA) wide-open chain membrane clamp is selected. Ensure clamping strength, precise transmission and long service life.
● Adopt independent cross-cutting, single knife can be moved and adjusted. Computerized centralized control, single knife on and off can be selected on the touch screen.
● Use BUSCH, LEYBOLD, Rietschle vacuum pumps imported from Germany, featuring fast pumping speed, high vacuum degree and long service life.
● Equipped with imported Panasonic brand MDME102GCG or (German original SIEMENS--S110, S150) servo high-speed and high-accuracy film walking design.
● Equipped with imported Panasonic brand LX-111 or (U.S.A. original BANNER-R58) high sensitive three-color-coded photoelectric sensors, high-precision positioning of each pattern in the position of the product. Beautify the appearance of the product and improve the grade of the product.
● Temperature control adopts imported Panasonic brand FCX-TC2 or (German original SIEMENS-S7-1200) intelligent temperature control module. The temperature can be set on the touch screen according to product requirements.
● Packaging machine frame body adopts once extruded aluminum alloy type with high strength, good corrosion resistance, not easy to deform and so on.
● SMC solenoid valve and vacuum solenoid valve are imported from Japan. Beautiful appearance, low gas consumption, low noise, durable, and effectively improve the performance and service life of the equipment.
● Waste recycling adopts adjustable torque motor system, which makes the edge material recycling cleaner, more convenient and noiseless.
● The upper and lower film adopts inductive automatic braking and tightening system, and is equipped with lateral adjustment handle to adjust the running direction of the packing film at any time.
● The whole machine is equipped with the protection system for phase failure, phase reversal, over-voltage, under-voltage and power leakage, which is easy to operate and adjust. The molding chamber, heat sealing chamber, cross-cutting knife and longitudinal cutting knife are all installed with safety switches and guards, which automatically stops the machine in case of failure and displays the cause of the failure.
